win7 issues

i am using antec fusion in win7 x64

when i using the rm200 remote,i press up it goes down,i press left,it goes right,all the direction is opposite.other key all works well.

whats wrong with my remote?

it works fine in vista x64

Dear xkseraph,

It's very strange.
The IR signal of PAD part consist of dx(difference in x direction) and dy. there's one sign bit in the signal and this direction bit seems to be oppositely coming. It looks the hardware problem on the remote. However, it is confused because it worked OK on other OS.

Could you please check the following things?
1. Exchange the battery
- Low charged battery can make the IR signal distorted. Please exchange the batteries in the remote.

2. Keyboard/Mouse mode
- Press Keyboard/Mouse toggle button (on upper side of PAD button) and check the direction both in mouse mode and keyboard arrow key mode. Does both modes have same problem?

3. Other OS
- Check other OS again. If the same problem occurs on all OS system, there maybe hardware defect occur and you might need to get RMA.
