View Full Version : 아이몬 죽어도 설치가 안되요

아이몬 미니 구입했습니다. 오늘저녁에 받앗 현재 새벽3시까지 설치만 하고 있습니다.

설치버젼=>1022-1(?) 암튼 최신버젼.

원래 xp sp3를 썼는데, 아이몬 설치 후 실행이 되면서 오류 발생 메시지 => 아이몬 최초 실행도 못해보고 계속 오류보고 만 뜸.

그래서 윈도 뭐가 꼬였나 싶어 sp3 고스트 이미지를 다시 리스토어 해서 깨끗한 상태에서 설치 => 동일 증상 발생

에라 모르겠다 큰맘먹고 win 7 설치.. => 아무런 메시지도 없이 실행 후에 조용히 저절로 종료됨.(작업관리자 실행해서 보니 실행 후 1초정도 후에 프로세스에서 사라짐)

즉 이 모든게 설치되고 나서 처음 실행이 안됩니다.

xp에서는 가만히 보니까 처음 실행을 하면서 document & settings 폴더안에 파일이 더 생기던데 이게 잘 생성이 안되는거 같았고요,

win7은 xp랑은 좀 틀리더군요. 그래서 잘 모르겠지만, 결론적으로 최초 실행 후 리모콘 종류 선택하는 화면이 나오질 않았습니다.


컴사양은 amd 셈프론 3100+ / 하드는 삼성 시게이트 두개해서 500기가 정도 / 램 1기가 / 엔비디아 7600gt / 내장 사운드 등등

좀 딸리긴해도 큰 문제는 없이 썼는데 왜이러죠? 정말 힘드내요..

혹시 원인을 잘 모르시겠으면, 윈도7에서 설치후 최초실행시 더 만들어지는 파일이나 폴더가 있으면 그것 차라리 통째로 압축해서 메일로 쏴주실래요?

다운그레이드 해보며 깔다보니, 버젼7.20- '08년5월달 꺼는 정상적으로 됩니다.
그 후에 나온 최신버젼 두개는 전부다 설치후 실행이 안됩니다. 원인파악좀 해주세요.
윈7 설치해놔서 볼륨버튼은 안먹네요.

메인보드는 tf6100 , 사운드는 리얼텍 등등입니다.

아이몬 실행시 비정상 종료되는 문제는 보통 사운드카드 드라이버가 제대로 설치 안되었을 때 주로 발생하게 됩니다. 그런데 사운드카드 드라이버는 정상 설치 하셨을 것으로 보입니다. 버전 7.20까지는 문제가 발생하지 않는다면, 업데이트 과정에 포함된 부분에서 문제가 발생하고 있는 것인데, 모든 사용자 환경에서 발생하고 있지 않아서 문제 해결을 위해 고객님의 도움이 필요합니다.

우선 아래 사운드카드 정보를 확인하는 툴로 확인 부탁 드립니다.
1. 테스트 파일을 다운로드 (http://soundgraph26.cafe24.com/file/TestSMCA.zip) 받습니다.
2. 압축 해제 해서 나오는 TestSMCA.exe 파일을 iMON 설치 폴더에 복사합니다.
3. TestSMCA.exe를 실행합니다.
4. 내문서 폴더에 생성된 Mixerinfo.log 파일을 열어서 텍스트를 복사합니다.
5. 이곳 글타래의 댓글로 복사된 로그를 붙여넣기 합니다.

참고로, Windows7 설치를 Clean OS 설치를 하신 것인 지 아니면 이전 OS에서 Upgrade 설치 하신 것인지요?

답변이 늦어져서 죄송합니다. iMON Manager가 실행되면서 죽는 문제는 리모컨으로 볼륨 조정을 위해서 윈도우의 시스템 믹서를 초기화 하는 과정에서 발생하기 때문에 로그를 요청 드렸던 것인데, 올려주신 로그로 봐서는 윈도우의 시스템 믹서를 초기화하는 과정에서 죽는 것 같지가 않습니다.

최신 버전인 7.78.1125으로도 죽는 문제가 계속되는 것인지 확인을 해 보는 것이 좋을 것 같은데, 7.78.1125 버전이 설치본으로 제공되고 있지 않고 자동업데이트로 진행되는데, 7.77.1022 설치 후 자동 업데이트 진행되기 전에 iMON이 죽는 것이라면 아래 방법으로 7.78.1125 버전을 설치해서 확인 부탁드립니다.
1. 버전 7.77.1022 를 홈페이지에서 다운로드 받고 설치합니다.
2. 링크 (http://soundgraph26.cafe24.com/file/iMON_Patch_exe_7_78_1125.zip)에서 패치를 다운로드 받습니다.
3. 압축을 풀고 실행합니다.
이렇게 해서 설치된 7.78.1125 버전에서도 동일하게 문제가 지속되는 지 확인 부탁드립니다.
