I've had issues with this display from day one.

Initially the display worked, on powering up the PC the LCD back light would work be lit and all the pixels would be visible. Once booted the iMon software showed the status of the unit and could be changed to other settings.

Unfortunately if the display is left for a while or the PC is rebooted although the back light will light the pixels do not seem to be active and I am left with a plain blue block.

Leaving the machine powered off for some time or switching off at the plug will sometimes cure this but never for very long and I now resort to having the software turn off the display light and not using the display at all.
Can anyone suggest why this might be the case and how it might be resolved?

Thanks in advance

Dear Matbalck,

I’m sorry for my late reply and your inconvenience.
Please let me know more information about your problem.
1. When LCD has a problem, does the remote work?
2. FW version. You can check FW version in iMON Manager>Options>Version/Update.
3. How long does LCD work after boot?

Regards,
