I have your system on a Moneual 932B with 7" touch display. I have some questions regarding the FrontView application...

1. Is there a way to brighten the text for Date / Time and Volume
2. My system continually shows a News icon and "Connecting..." message on the lower left of the screen. I have done all I could to disable any news feed display. I have disabled the update feature, weather, etc... but it still wants to connect to the internet for *something*. I can get the "Connecting..." message to disappear only if I right-click on the network connection and disable it (and then i have to restart iMon before the "Connecting..." message will disappear).

Dear DToolan

Currently there is no option for brightening the text for Date / Time and Volume.
By design, this information is using darker text than others.
But we’ll consider applying the option for brightening this text information.

And I think if there is no selected news feed to display, ForntView should not display “Connecting…”.
I’ll add this issue to our “To Do List”.

To further expand on this (after connecting to the internet)... there is no *real* option for disabling news feeds or weather on FrontView. It connects and displays no matter what check boxes or options I try in an attempt to stop it.

Dear DToolan,

The news bar on bottom side of FrontView and the weather icon on top-right side of it are shown always without regarding the setting value in iMON Manager > iMON Utilities > FrontView > Auto Mode page. For the iMON LCD and iMON VFD device, they are shown or not with respect to the setting value.

We need to adjust the setting page's UI when iMON TouchLCD is connected, in order to prevent user from disabling these options.

Thanks and best regards,
