I have been using my Multimedia Station Basic on my home theater PC for the past 6 months without a hitch. I went to reload my machine with Windows 7 64-bit and I am having issues with the remote control. If I go under remote controls it does not have the standard RM100, RM200 and MCE Remote that I had before. Now it only shows 4 remote that are iMon RC, RSC, MM, EX...
How do I get to get the MC100 loaded again? Or the MCE Remote? I had a backup of my old install and I copied the RM100 directory from the Users\username\appdata\roaming\soundgraph\imon\set up directory and it now shows up on the list of remote controls, but it does not work...

I originally tried to load the software with the most recent version I downloaded, but when I go this error I went and reloaded the system over again and tried to use the CD that came with the device- but I get the same issue.

any ideas?

Dear bonitillo,

First of all, please check all cable connection again.
Which color of ring is shown in iMON Indicator, blue or yellow?
If iMON Indicator shows yellow ring or iMON RC, RSC, MM, EX are shown, it means that HW is not connected or iMON failed to open driver.

If the problem continues, please try to connect other USB ports incuding external.
