Hi, everyone
I used iMON/iMEDIAN HD when the first verison was published.
But I gave up to update iMON/iMEDIAN HD from early of last years, because so many issues occured in new version, and the configuration about splitter, video / audio decoder became to so difficulty.

And after I installed Windows7 x86 in the end of Oct, 2009, I re-login in soundgraph new forums and download the latest version and finished installation normally.

I am very glad to see that this version is very easy to configure and all of its components can be running normally, such as hardware acceleration, splitter, video / audio decoder and SPDIF(DD, DTS, LPCM) to external receiver.
Thanks all of you both support team and users, for support team's hard work and end-user's feedback.

For your reference:
I used HDMI to Yamaha VX663 and set Yamaha VX663 to decode audio stream and send video signal to Sony KLV-46V440A through Yamaha VX663's HDMI interface.
And I use all internal splitter, video / audio decoder, open dxva feature, and set DD and DTS as passthrough.
The result of iMON/iMEDIAN HD running are as following:
1. iMON works normally in windows 7
2. iMEDIAN HD works excellently in video play back:
It can open ATI video card's dxva hardware acceleration and play back all my video files, with lower CPU useage (no more than 25%), including extension such as mkv, ts, rmvb, avi and so on, and including format such as h264, vc1, mpeg2 and so on.
3. It can split audio stream correctly and send it to my Yamaha vx663 to deccode DD, DTS and LPCM

Issues are as following:
1. iMON sometimes will be freezing when play back video in IE8
2. iMEDIAN HD can not play back some video file such as with True-HD audio, the problem is that it can not split video and audio, no video present and play this file as a normal audio file, I gust it only present DD audio of True HD Core.

My expectations:
1. support blue-ray disk files play back as PDVD 9 and TMT3
2. Integrated PDVD 9 plugin to support True HD and DTS Master audio stream output
3. Adusting video file list representation, use thumbnails and rotate disk style which is popular in other media software.

Dear zlps566a,

Thanks for getting back to iMON and iMEDIAN HD and reporting bugs and suggestions.

1. It is first time that the problem with IE8 is reported. We'll check this in our test lab. Could let us know more about this issue? For example, iMON freezes which video player embedded in IE8 plays back video.
2. For the video file issue with True-HD audio, it also needed to be tested in our lab. We know currently many of bluray ripped video files use True-HD audio stream. iMEDIAN HD need to support this audio stream without problem. We think it's not all True-HD audio stream included video file makes this problem. Could you please let us know which extension of video file makes this problem?

1. support blue-ray disk files play back as PDVD 9 and TMT3
2. Integrated PDVD 9 plugin to support True HD and DTS Master audio stream output
3. Adusting video file list representation, use thumbnails and rotate disk style which is popular in other media software.
1. Bluray playback is much related with license issue. We are also looking for the way to support the bluray in iMEDIAN HD.
2. We are checking the way to use PowerDVD9 audio decoder and take use of the settings of it.
3. As you might know it is not easy to get change in main User Interface. We will refer your suggestion when we plan the UI change in future.

Many thanks and best regards,

Sorry for coming late!

Thanks for getting back to iMON and iMEDIAN HD and reporting bugs and suggestions.
1. It is first time that the problem with IE8 is reported. We'll check this in our test lab. Could let us know more about this issue? For example, iMON freezes which video player embedded in IE8 plays back video.

I access www.xunlei.com, select a video and use xunlei video player embedded in IE8 to playback, and I make it full-screen and play several minutes, iMON will freeze sometimes.

I try 3 format video file with True-HD audio: ts, mkv and mpeg, and I find the error occurs when playing ts and mpeg.
I also find if the video file is only including truehd audio, the problem happens, otherwise it seems not.
