iMON Pad remote control

I have an Antec Fusion Black case with the iMON Pad remote control.

I can't find instructions for the control anywhere (besides the 1 page description of all of the buttons). At the bottom of the remote are a series of buttons, labeled in the user manual as Media Control Button Group 2. (TV button, Audio, DVD, etc.)

Question.
1. Can any of the buttons on the remote be programmed to turn my TV and Audio system on and off? Like a universal remote?

2. Can I use a universal remote to turn my computer on and off with imon?

Regret to say, PAD remote doesn’t have this kind of feature.

2. Can I use a universal remote to turn my computer on and off with imon?
If the universal remote can emulate MCE remote signal, you can turn on/off your system with Power button of MCE remote after selecting “MCE remote” in iMON Manager.
