FingerVU 895S

SoundGraph is going to announce the new product, FingerVU 895S worldwide on June 15, 2010. FingerVU 895S is the new product which has 8.9” LCD with 1,024 X 600 screen resolution without IR Receiver and remote control which were not used often in FingerVU old models. FingerVU 895S uses new supporting stand and it makes user adjust monitor angle easily as like normal monitor. And FingerVU 895S apply simple and modern design to make it better.
FingerVU, an auxiliary monitor with touch screen can work independently from main monitor and user will not lose the focus. SoundGraph Inc. has developed the technology of independent touch control from main monitor. Using FingerVU, user can play media files as like Music, Video, Photo, YouTube and can use World Weather, World Time, Memo and Touch Browser by finger touch.
USB Touch Monitor
FingerVU is an auxiliary monitor and easily connected by USB port. FingerVU 895S with 8.9” LCD monitor and 1,024 X 600 resolutions can set right beside the main monitor and use as an auxiliary monitor.
USB graphic chipset for the secondary monitor from DisplayLink is used for FingerVU 895S, 706 and 436.
D / ID TC Mounted Touch-Screen Method
FingerVU touch screen is resistive type and detects the pressure on the touch screen, so user may touch it with hard end as like finger tip or pen. Independent Touch Control to auxiliary monitor as like FingerVU is the authorized and patent pending technology of SoundGraph Inc. Touch input to FingerVU monitor will not interrupt to mouse, keyboard inputs and current tasks on main monitor. FingerVU monitor can be controlled independently as like another PC.

FingerUI allows every media files and Widgets can freely be added to the Main menu.
In case of FingerVU 895S and 706, Main menu can be expanded up to 25 pages and media files and Widgets can be added up to 625 items. (In case of FingerVU 436, up to 16 pages and 256 items)
With FingerVU, user does not need to spend time looking for folder and file. But user can easily select and play the album or song which was added to Main menu. User can build personal media library by arranging media files and Widgets on different pages in Main menu.

Totally Easy and Convenient Interface
Easy and convenient new interface component will be found everywhere in FingerUI.
To play Next/Previous song, just drag finger to Up/Down. Drag finger to right from left, it will move to the previous list.
When adjusting the volume, controlling the playing time, changing the setting value, user can set the detail value by dragging finger according to the Wheel interface.

Upgraded Multi Tasking
FingerUI 1.54.0617 version supports multi tasking. Two modules can be run simultaneously. You can memo on foreground running YouTube module on background. If user wants to change the module, just drag from right to left.
Video Switching between Main Monitor and FingerVU
FingerUI 1.54.0617 supports switching video playback between Main Monitor and FingerVU. The video running on the FingerVU can be moved to Main Monitor. This function can use at modules plays video as like YouTube and YouTube+ module. There are two ways to move video playback to main monitor. First, double click with other one finger touched the screen. Second, use the setting menu.
Select Favorite image as FingerUI Background
User can set back ground image of FingerUI from favorite pictures. At the picture module, user selects any image as a background image by just touching Set as Background icon.
Stylish Design in Black
FingerVU monitor has slim and stylish outlook with high glossy surface and it makes the user’s computing environment tastefully gracing. Monitor stand can be easily set up by fixed handle. The monitor stand reflects a high glossy shine and provides extra luxury appearance.
Free 90 Degree Rotation
There are two type of stand. Normal stand support that user can easily adjust display horizontally or vertically. The display screen can be set horizontally or vertically depending on user's setting.
Two Stand Type for Different Situation
To extend the mobility, SoundGraph upgrade the stand type of FingerVU 895S. Adjust view angle and support monitor using the normal stand or stylus pen which is on the back side of the monitor.
The assembly of stylus pen stand is very simple. Just put stylus pen in to the backside hole of FingerVU 895S.
It is easy to carry the FingerVU 895S with LCD protection cover and stylus pen.
Open API! Extensions of FingerVU, FingerUI!
SoundGraph will release the API for third party developers who want to develop the FingerUI module or use FingerVU for their B2B purpose. FingerUI supports Windows 7, VISTA and XP and can be run under normal desktop and laptop environment.
SoundGraph FingerVU 895S got great attention at last Computex Taipei 2010 and user can use FingerVU as like not only one more monitor but also One More Computer based on Direct/independent touch interface.
