Online Report of SoundGraph at CEATEC 2009, Japan

CEATEC JAPAN 2009 is the special B2B exhibition. There were more than 900 companies joined this year. Therefore, through this exhibition, it helps us to review and recognize the recent trend of IT device and services of Japan and Asian countries.

SoundGraph joined CEATEC Japan 2009 which was held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba City from Oct 6 to Oct 10. SoundGraph booth was located at 4B27-1, Hall 4 in the SBA pavilion.

We put the table towards the path way of visitors and demonstrate the main item, each 2 sets of FingerVU 436 and 706 which are connected to one laptop and one 24” monitor.

We put FingerVU, FingerUI and iMON series posters on the real wall and displayed FingerVU and iMON series on the rear shelves. SoundCube, our prototype 2.2 channel speaker is not displayed in front but we can hear its special clear sound when we demonstrate FingerVU during the show.

FingerVU

FingerVU we target to announce and release before the end of this year is the USB touch screen monitor. It can play the media files in the computer by finger easily and can run various widgets. FingerVU is displayed with a lot of updated features in software and hardware than Computex 2009.

The following is the demo video we took during the CEATEC 2009 and you can see the demo of FingerVU which shows the media playback and widget.

The day before the show, the typhoon attacked Tokyo area and the public transporations for exhibition area could not be operated. Due to the typhoon, the numbers of buyers and visitors were not as expected at the beginning of the show period. But after Typhoon passed, many local and foreign buyers attended and visited our booth and showed their high interests on our FingerVU product.

We will always do our best to make the most useful and completed product before we release the FingerVU to the market.

Thanks and regards…
